We are taking on the 4 Peaks Challenge by climbing the highest peak in each province of Ireland. All in aid of the Bone Marrow for Leukemia Trust on June 17th!
Totaling just under 24,000 feet of hiking and over 900 km of driving, our adventure starts with Carrountoohill in Kerry, heading up to Mweelrea in Mayo, onto Slieve Donard in County Down, and then finally Lugnaquilla in Wicklow.
Why Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust C.L.G.?
We've chosen to fundraise for Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust C.L.G. This amazing charity provides invaluable support to people receiving treatment for leukemia and those who need a stem cell transplant.
Chris' Dad Richie had a bone marrow transplant in December 2021. BMLT were an incredible support with this arduous journey and were instrumental in facilitating Richie meeting his first grandchild while undergoing treatment.
We hope to raise money so that BMLT can continue doing incredible work to support patients and their families. I hope you can help us by donating whatever you can. Simply click the Donate button. All donations are processed securely.

Our Team
Three climbers. One novice. One driver.

Pictured with his dad Richie who underwent a successful bone marrow transplant in December 2021.

And his mammy. Joe gets the nickname The Mule because he loves the hardship.

He has no idea what's ahead.

Like Ryan Gosling in Drive, but with plenty of snacks.

The highest of the Mourne Mountains, it is near the town of Newcastle on the eastern coast of County Down, overlooking the Irish Sea.
